Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was clean. The beds were perfect, very comfortable. 2 employees at the front desk were most helpful. Please read below but our unpleasant first employee encounter. There was one employee that was very very rude to us and other customers. If you wish to do some research he was the only one at the front desk when we checked in at 4 pm on Friday July 3. Our first room was disgusting. Mold and mildew I. The shower and fridge. The carpet was absolutely soaked and smelled awful. Could not breathe. When we reported the issue he said there’s nothing to be done since we already paid. He suggested we try again tomorrow.

Able to rest my head in a safe haven location Shower head needs to be cleaned where the water comes out. I wiped it with a wash cloth and it was filthy. I couldn't wait to get home to take a bath. I noticed it as I was in the shower bathing. I wipe it after I got out and noticed how dirty it was.
