The check-in process was quick and easy, the breakfast was very good, the room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have family who live in the surrounding area and will definitely stay here again. The only issue for this trip was the ice maker on our floor was not working (but that can be fixed, so I guess it's not really an issue).

Considering the location and overall condition, the stay was acceptable. The corridors had a slight smoke odor, though it was not overly strong. The room was not perfectly clean but was within an acceptable standard. The staff were kind and welcoming. Breakfast was served buffet-style, with items regularly replenished. Elevator/Lift location is in the corner/edge of the building
