Staff were extremely helpful. I booked a room for my mother, but due to illness, she was not able to make the trip. They made every effort to cancel her reservation through booking.com. Booking.com would not refund my reservation due to the illness. I will wait to see if staff were successful in getting me my refund. Shower stall had some long hairs on the wall.

The location suited us heading out of Pittsburgh the next day. The room had everything required. The sound proofing between rooms was non-existent, could hear the TV and conversations of people until the early hours of the morning. The dog barking in a room as you walk past gives you a heck of a fright.

The rooms were pretty nice. Staff was nice as well. We had a double room with 2 beds and one bed had a filthy comforter and a dirty pillow case. This alone may prevent me from booking there again.
