I liked the location very much. It was really close to the town of Hamburg and to Hawk Mountain Sanctuary. The staff were friendly and they do a good job of keeping the hotel clean. The hotel was nice but definitely needs to be updated & renovated. There are no non-slip shower mats on the floor of the shower or handrails to grab onto if you do slip. Both my husband and I almost slipped getting into and just standing in the shower. I think this is particularly dangerous for guests that are older or have mobility issues.

Spouse loved the bed pillows and the blankets. Spouse found the bathtub too slippery. She bruised her leg bad!y on the side of the tub, while trying to step into it and shower. since the appliance to make pancakes was out of order and the toaster barely worked we at cold bagels. But the coffee was good!
