Remodeling looks great, decorated beautifully for the Holidays Staff was very nice, great location music playing in swim area was very nice. I didn't like the slip hazard when you walked in beautiful floors but nothing to get water off floor but hotel towels. Breakfast they put out was great except if you wanted a waffle good luck when you have mom's making several at once maybe have the small waffles in a warming tray for the ones who need to feed a large family. They also could use towels at the pool atea

I loved the suite, it offered two private rooms with baths. The mattress was firm, great for back pain.. The staff was friendly and quick at responding to complaints or issues. Maintenance was prompt in responding as well. It was a long walk for me to the room. I am dealing with knee problems and rheumatoid arthritis. One of the showers didn't work and the fireplace is not turned on till November.

Very clean very nice staff very helpful staff For the price I expected a better breakfast. The pool never had towels no matter what time we went. Asked for towels none were available. Excessive equipment was mostly Unusable do to things missing or broken. Water cooler in exercise room was not very cold. On room fire place didn't work at all and switches in bathroom for fan didn't work

All of it. Very comfortable and in great location. I had to leave my place by end of May after my husband's death in April. Very hard time. Still don't have a new place so chose to stay at Hawthorn for a week. It helped me decompress and breath again. Thank you People letting their doors slam loudly at all hours, startles you, but that's on them.

I like the spaciousness of the room. The rooms were clean. For being a smoke hotel, we smelled marijuana in the hall every time we came or left our room. Also, There was no conditioner or body wash in second bathroom and when asked for some I was told they would bring it to the room but we never received it.

Breakfast was great cleanliness was great staff was ok Staff was rude at times paying extra for splash lagoon it should absolutely be included no matter how or where you booked your room from period! Currently we're harrassed and treated lower than. Like scum.
