Breakfast was adequate. Room was good. Our room was not cleaned when we returned at 3:00 each day. Had to go to the lobby and wait for them to clean. Never had that experience when traveling, and we are in our 70s! Had small pillows for a King bed. Not even queen size pillows.

Close to the amenities we needed, free breakfast Refrigerator died and we lost all our food we brought. The a/c , heat unit was so dirty it was blowing dirt on the bed, when we tried the heat it smelled like it was burning from the visible amount of dirt inside the unit.

After staying at the Hyatt House this was definitely a step down but chose it for the price and convenience so for that it was not horrible but would search somewhere else 1st the next time It’s just dated and for that it didn’t feel clean and the bathroom not well lit

The hotel itself was very clean. Staff was super nice and room was comfortable. There wasn't much I can say... if I had to say something it would be the location was covered up by alot of trees so I wasn't sure it was the right place.
