Breakfast was wonderful. Housekeeping needs improvement. You have to request it. When we requested it, they didn't make the beds. We asked about it so they came the next day but requested we leave the room before they would clean it at 9am, which is ridiculous! To be kicked out of the room to be cleaned when they should have done their job right the day before. The pool was permanently closed yet was still advertised on the website when we booked which was disappointing! It was a selling point so I would have chosen a different hotel had I known. The front desk staff was mostly not there. We stayed 4 days and came and

near the elevator the staff was very nice and accommodating. They had a wonderful breakfast every morning both hot and cold choices. Also the rooms were clean and inviting. the room wasn't ready at scheduled time even though we were a late check in. handicapped room wasn't available and we ended up on the 3rd floor with a person unable to do stairs granted they had an elevator but what if a fire occured???

staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable The TV did not work in the room because they use the internet, and it kept going in and out. very spotty. Ice machine was down and had appeared to be down for some time. Coffee at breakfast was very weak, it looked like iced tea!

Pretty quiet, spacious rooms, mostly clean. The bathroom (shower specifically) was kinda icky. It sure it was cleaned.. ever.. and the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep on in my life.
