The staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and nicely designed. Shower amenities were wonderful. The cookies...10/10 The hotel was under renovations which was understandable. It was difficult to navigate through various hallways and stairs to find the elevator, but once we figured it out, there was no issue. The fitness area had free weights, an assortment of treadmills, elliptical, and spin bike, but could have used a bench press or chest equipment. Vending was limited. Our phone didnt work, and internet/TV was spotty.

Location was awesome to the casino and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean.Outside pool was large with plenty of lounge chairs and seating. When I booked the room they asked for an estimated arrival time. I chose 1P-2P. When I arrived, front desk told us our room would not be available til 2:30 or 3:00. I asked if we could swim until room was ready, they said no. Driveway area needs work, potholes.

Enjoy how close it is to the casino. Every time we've been to this hotel they are usually some kind of event going on. This time it was a cancer fundraiser, a mystery dinner theater. We did not attend. We didn't know about that to get tickets in time. Their parking lot and entrance access road is heavy with potholes.

We did not have breakfast there. Location to casino, shopping, and restaurants was great. Staff was friendly! I did appreciate the fact that I requested an earlier check in and they were able to accommodate me. The parking lot has some serious potholes and the landscaping in the pool area.
