Location was convenient. Booked room for 4 people. 1. When we went to room there were only. 3 bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. Went down to front desk asked for more towels and wash cloths. Rude person at desk said she didn't have any and housekeeping was not there. 2. Went to front desk the following morning asked for towels and wash cloths. A different rude person said that she did not have any , asked if she could contact housekeeping. She said we could look for someone from house keeping and ask them for towels. Went looking for housekeeping. Found a very nice woman cleaning another room, asked her for

The location I complained about the reception Barbara last time. I did a review and this time when I returned, she was very cold. I want I had a second day stay she just said sign here she knew who I was and what room I was standing in and everything it was like she was looking at the cameras waiting for me to come and ask for the second night stay she just passed me to sign here.. I will not return to that location anymore
