Beautiful setting and individually designed rooms - the photos don’t do justice to the setting. With just eight rooms and ample public spaces, inside and out, it feels like you have the run of a gorgeous home. Slightly chaotic checkin and housekeeping - items such as crockery and teas not being replaced - and breakfast, though nicely presented, did not provide the promised charcuterie, cheeses and apples - just three stale pastries (two on the second morning) and fruit. Not really up to standard for the price.
