The staff was friendly. There was a simple breakfast. Plenty of hot water. Good location. The property was not at all like the photos. It was very rundown and there were several areas in the room where that were patched but not painted. Probably the worst part about the room was the window. The lock was broken and the window could not be secured. Had anyone wanted, they could have simply slid the window open. We had requested a higher floor and were given a ground floor room. The people in the room above us were noisy and stomping. There were several quarter-sized holes in the wall, likely from a hanging coatrack that they just moved elsewhere. There was no closet in the room. The
