The breakfast was great with lots of options. The pool was a perfect temperature as was the jacuzzi. Clean pool and a good size. There were 2 beds, one Murphy need and one king. Each had their own bathroom. So nice! The deck was perfect with a great view of the ocean. Plenty of parking. It wasn't super modern but it was clean and had all we needed. This was my second time at the Lincoln Sands and I look forward to the third!

The staff were very nice and helpful and the fact they offered soup and cookies around dinner was very nice. The hot tub, pool and sauna were great!

Everything was amazing, the pool outside, the location, the room!!! The balcony was my absolute favorite. Listening to the ocean and relaxing with a cool beverage on a warm evening was priceless quality time with my family.

Booking.com should reimburse us for false advertising- literally said we were booking a 3rd floor room and when we arrived they didn’t even have a 2nd floor room available so had to stay on the bottom floor- the only reason I gave a 2 is because...

The efficiency units are ideal for larger group. Great beach/ocean view; 2nd or 3rd floor recommended. Full kitchen. Decent hot breakfast (not fancy).

We got an upgraded room which was super nice! The amenities are great, and the breakfast was nice. We love that it's an easy walk to the beach from our room.
