The breakfast exceeded expectations. The sofa bed was acceptable. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. The residents were well-behaved. The pool and spa were warm and well-maintained. Pet friendly. Condition of the room is what bothered us. The hole in the bathroom door, the peeling paint along the floorboards, the filth along the top of the bathroom door frame and in the grout of the bathroom tile, the missing molding near the sink area, and the broken hair dryer all took away from the overall feel. No ramp for access in the back of the building. No shower safety bar kept us from being able to use it. We really needed an ADA room.

The bed was comfortable and the area was okay. Well to start off with I had reserved a room with a bed and they were all out of the Kings so they put me in a room with two beds. The first room was noisy so I was moved to a second room which is probably a lesser quality than the first. I honestly would not have even stayed at the facility when they told me they didn't have the room I reserved but I was tired from driving all day and I needed to sleep and there was nothing else in the immediate area. Overall there's a lot of noise coming from the hallway and down from the pool area there were way too many kids that were running around freely

The room itself was clean and quiet. We had little to no street noise. The AC was a bit loud for me, but they usually are annoying to me anyway so nothing out of the ordinary there. The bed was pretty hard without much “pillowy” feel, which I didn’t care for. I slept better on night two because I was so tired so I won’t say it kept me awake. It just was hard on my hips and I found myself turning a lot. Also, breakfast didn’t start until 6:30 and we had to leave by 6:30 each day, so we never got to try the breakfast.

Proximity to my family living in Gresham. Basic breakfast items were decent. Lighting in the room was satisfactory. The room was clean. Need grab bar by the bathtub. It was difficult for both of us to get in for a shower. Toilet was too low for elders. Provide a grab bar next to the toilet. The toilet should be replaced for appearance. It always looked dirty due to wear and tear.

They offered a pool, and I enjoy water fitness. I utilized the pool however it is moldy and painted over, they should open the windows or treat the wood infrastructure to withstand the locked moisture and cleaning solutions. There is no elevator for your luggage, the breakfast lacked nutritional value.
