Breakfast and staff are a pleasant way to start the morning. Always someone available to help with anything, accessible facilities and well lit. Was not expecting pool and hot tub to be unavailable, had a problem with room keys staying activated. No ventilation in the bathroom for steam to escape causing large mirror and counter top to be foggy with condensation.

The breakfast was decent, limited variety to start the day. The location is excellent, especially if you're planning to visit the Woodburn Premium Outlets. Overall, it was a convenient base for our stay. The room felt somewhat small. The windows were difficult to open, and because they didn't let in much natural light, the room felt quite dark during the day. Better lighting and window maintenance would improve the overall experience.

The facility was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in had very few power outlets and strangely a lot of phone lines. The plugs would drop right out of the outlets unless held in place, the bathroom had the most functional outlets. The bath towel provided had several strands of someone else’s hair.
