Location When we first checked in the staff was not friendly. The hot tub was down for maintenance and the pool was not heated. Booked the rooms for the hot tub to relax and there was hair all over in the bathroom when we got there

Parking bothered me, I was not able to park in front of our room because it was a free for all. I think that if I have a ground floor room then I should be able to park in front of my room instead I had to park around back and walk. Very irritating to me. Room carpet was dirty and had many stains-kind of gross Fitness room equipment was good but the room was a little suffocating and hard to breath as it's adjacent to the pool, needs ventilation even if only a fan
