Four Points By Sheraton Oklahoma City Quail Springs

★★★★★

The property was very well upkept the desk attendant was very friendly and efficient the place smelt great at the very beginning when you walked in all the way to the room. Our beds where very comfortable. The ac worked fantastic. Our room was very clean i would definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone Our bath tub was very loud at draining and the shower door did not seal well allowing quite a bit of water to leak out. Would have liked a couple more towels in the room and I could have asked for more and they would have given us more. I just didn't want to ask we was only there for 1 night

The beds were super comfy and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean. Things were broken all over… the grout in the tile, the in room phone had no cord, to name a few. Just broken things.

The receptionist Michelle is exemplary! She saw we were confused regarding the breakfast setup and immediately came to explain it. Throughout our stay she was welcoming and engaged with our visit.

★★★★★

It was clean and not far from any place in the OKC area we wanted to go. Every time we called the front desk about a question, it automatically went to voicemail.

Clean , friendly staff , great location and has a bar and restaurant on site Room could have been a tad cleaner but overall it was okay

★★★★★

The bed was not very comfy, the matress felt like the sides were broken down and the springs made a crunching sound.

★★★★★

Rooms comfy. Staff was great. Not really any dislikes. Older motel by appearance.
