The stay was nice, Staff was nice also. everything was clean. The ice machine was out of ice a few times when I needed it. The parking was limited but we used the Love store parking which is directly in front of the hotel. but had a fear of being towed. But I was told it would be ok. and I wish I could have used another way to exit the building besides the main entrance. The exit I wanted to use was an emergency exit

The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The carpets in the hallways were in very much need of cleaning. There was no coffee maker in the room. I went to the lobby to retrieve a cup only to see the coffee maker torn apart and being cleaned. I had to make a run to McDonald’s for coffee.

Hotel was very clean. King suite was spacious, bed & sofa were comfortable. Coffee station open 24 hours. Plenty of breakfast choices. Location was outside of main downtown & accessable to Route 66.
