Great location on/off I-80 The actual address of the property is 5555 Patriot Blvd, Austintown. Booking.com on its confirmation email indicates 5555 Interstate Blvd., that address does not exist- my GPS tried to route us which ended up in a circular route in South Youngstown even though the hotel is in Northern part o Youngstown. We ended up driving 30-40 miles extra. PLEASE UPDATE TO PATRIOT BKVD Definitely didn’t appreciate being given an incorrect address which doesn’t exist.

Friendly staff. Location was good even tho the exit was closed to get there.Plenty of options to eat close by.Felt very safe there. The pool was closed.Kinda sucked because thats why I choose this hotel. They could of emailed and told us that .

Guy working was amazing. Great communication and customer service. No complaints except small breakfast area, crowded. Renovations noticable. Wiring exposed and baseboard trim ripped off. But nice they are updating some things.

Didn't eat The other guest were very loud and adolescents were running up and down the halls. Two almost ran me over. Your staff should keep tabs on the guest.
