Staff was super nice and helpful! Very close to Kings Island and close to businesses like Walmart, restaurants, etc. I had issues unrelated to the hotel on a visit to Kings Island. My cell phone broke and would not turn on. I borrowed someone's phone to get directions from the park to the hotel and they were very easy. Once at the hotel, the staff was kind and helpful. I used the "business center" which was little more than a very old and slow desktop on a cheap desk, but I was able to write down directions home and email my family that was 3 hours away and worried. The facilities were very dated. Brown decor everywhere. When I booked the room, though, I was more concerned about price, location, and being pet friendly. I ended up not bringing my dog, though. The room could have been cleaner. I saw some dirt/crumbs on the floor at the head of my bed. I couldn't make out going calls or calls to the front desk on the room's phone. Staff was very kind to forward calls to my room. Our room had a window facing the road and you could hear trucks and traffic. It didn't bother me, but if you are a light sleeper, it may be an issue. The rooms were clean and not run down. Plenty of electric outlets. The ground floor room we had the first night was noisy from activity in the parking lot outside our room. Staff was great when we explained this the next morning, and was able to switch us to a second floor room for the next day, which was much better for sleep that evening.

Room was very clean! Comfy bed. Shower was also great! Nice warm water and good pressure. Desk staff isn't very attentive. I went down to get some help with the vending machine and waited 3 minutes or more. No one came. So I gave up. Also would have liked a free breakfast. They had coffee and it wasn't great.
