Location was convenient for what we was doing in the area. We were in Mansfield/Ontario the night before and was going to Wooster that evening. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express & Suites (HIES) the night before. Their facility was much cleaner and better decor. The wall outlet in our room at the Hilton was falling off. Most of the staff was not very friendly, they seemed to be upset with each mostly. At HIES, they have full reg size shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. Here, you are given travel size shampoo and only one bottle of each, when 3 people are staying in the room. Seemed like most guest breakfast was included in their stay but there was only about 3 of us that were made to pay. For the condition of the rooms, not

The restaurant was excellent. Very good service and food. Front desk very helpful and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again but would definitely need the tub to be replaced. The room was nice but the bath tub really needs to be replaced. The tub is very stained. I would suggest using Ajax or a commercial brand to scrub the tub until it can be replaced. House keeping maintains the room very nice but renovation in the tub is required.
