It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. I was awakened by some very loud banging and it shook our room. This last on and off for 10-15 minutes. I have no idea where it was coming from as we only had 1 room beside us and 1 above us. It was about 1:45 in the morning and I put on my shoes to go down to the lobby, but thought I should record the sound with my phone and then it stopped. We could also hear the people above us. That is the only reason I didn't give a 10 star rating.

Clean room, clean hotel (inside)! Great location! Super friendly staff! There was some confusion with my payment through booking.com and I had to call them to sort it out (which was super easy and only took a couple min). And the outside of the building looked terrible! Almost sketchy enough to not stay there!! There was a sign inside that said they were under renovations but my son said it had looked like that since he was at BG (3 1/2 yrs!).

Staff were super friendly and apologetic for the renovation mess. Breakfast was tasty and everything was fresh on the day we ate it. Property was under renovation during stay and we did not know about this when booking the room. Most of the inside seemed to be done so it wasn’t too inconvenient. It just looked like it had construction going on upon arrival. There were signs posted to apologize.

Wonderful rooms. Shower with toiletries was a bonus. W they had more caffeine packets of coffee though not a problem they do have coffee available in the lounge. Conpliment breakfast was really nice. Dogs welcome and the place is still very clean and smells great. Very impressed. We would deffinately stay again. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Only one caffeine coffee but not a deal breaker.

Beds were comfortable, quiet location but has lots of amenities. Rooms where clean and updated. Breakfast was a hot breakfast and was well stocked. I would suggest putting your 75 dollar pet charge per night upfront on your listing. Glad you accept pets but $75 dollars was almost the same price I paid for the room.

Breakfast was good & very close to BGSU. There was no water pressure at all in the bathroom. You couldn't even rinse the soap off you in the shower let alone shampoo or conditioner. I had to bend over in the tub to wash my hair which hurt my back. It was awful.
