Michael checked us in. He was very helpful and explained where and when breakfast would be both days of our stay. Charlotte helped us when husband spilled juice. She spoke to us and asked about our stay. We felt like she could be family. She even remembered our names the next morning! Room was far from elevator for husband with cane. However, we never asked for closer nor did we mention it to anyone at hotel so was our own fault.

Liked everything. Staff from beginning to end were wonderful! The property was spacious and laid out in a convenient and easy to find way. Rooms were nice; had extra sitting area with couch and table; also had walk in showers. Breakfast buffet was always clean and food containers always full and good! Nothing!

The pool area was clean and so was the room. The carpets were also very clean. The desk person wasnt very welcoming. Seemed like he didn't want to be there. Also, the rooms are dim. Maybe upgrade the light fixtures to allow more light.
