Hotel was easy access from the highway and a 1.5 mile walk to Cleveland Browns Stadium. Bed was very comfortable and bedding was white/crisp/clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property is slightly outdated. The carpet in the room had stains on it. Parking lot is small and some parking spots were double, meaning cars parking behind other cars. I had to maneuver out of a small parking spot because the garage attendant allowed someone to park directly behind me, thankfully the car beside me had left and I was able to get out of my parking spot.

Location was great! Very close to Playhouse Square, which was our destination. Lots to see and great variety of restaurants close to hotel. Hotel breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options. My children enjoyed the banana nut pancakes! Front desk staff was helpful and provided excellent suggestions for local eateries and things to do. The elevator was loud and creaky. It made my children uncomfortable, so we took the stairs most of our stay.
