Soft beds, pool No shampoo or conditioner. Asked for some but they had no small containers. Maid staff must not have checked as all 3 bottles were empty. Bolt lock on door didn’t work. Hot tub jets did not work. Outside of building needed both gardening care and cleaning of debris. Checkin staff not very friendly. Price on the high end for the experience!
