The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The TV didn’t work in one of the two rooms I booked and front desk told us there wasn’t a maintenance staff person on duty to make repairs. No one offered to move us to another room or make any concessions. One of the rooms booked was on the street side and the traffic noise kept waking me up. Even though breakfast is supposed to be provided until 10am when we went down about 8:30 the yogurt machine was not working and most of the bagel selections were gone. Only several miles to Carolina beach but with traffic it takes 15-20 minutes to get there.

The cleanliness The pool wasn't open right away and the desk clerk said she wasn't sure if it would even be open during my stay ( it ended up opening later that evening) but that was disappointing at first because that's why we booked that hotel, for the indoor pool
