Shutters is a great place we enjoy coming back to each year. It’s within walking distance to our favorite spots in kill devil hills. It’s always clean, staff is very kind and helpful, and the pool area is better than most comparable hotels. This will continue to be our go-to! The layout of this years room was different from previous rooms with the sink right in front of the entrance, but this wasn’t a huge deal.
