Location was great. Room was adequate, but nothing exceptional. Staff were friendly. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again. We did not need the elevator, but our friend who was with us did need it due to a handicap and it was not working. It was fixed before his stay was over so I was happy to see that the facility took this problem seriously.

Breakfast was great, very clean and organized. The property was located in the heart of blowing rock and that was very convenient. WiFi wasn't working and despite trying to solve it with the front desk they couldn't fix it.
