The location and the surrounding access to countless retail and restaurants. I think the breakfast buffet was a little lacking in variety but what was present was good. For example, there were creamy grits on the buffet our first morning, but they were not hot so thank goodness for the microwave Now, the fresh baked muffins and that sweet potato casserole would draw me back every year.
