Room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good. Although overall location is very good for access to area attractions and restaurants, the physical location is not the best. Entry into and out of the hotel can be confusing at first and the building litterly sits on top of US421. Road is very busy and noisey. It's like we were sleeping in the median strip of a major interstate. If you reserve here we'd recommend requesting a room to the front of the inn. The building itself blocks most of the traffic noise on that side.

The location, the view, checkout staff was nice, breakfast was decent Returning guest, more problems this time...The girl who was there at check in was snippy(booking.com says you can pay cash so initially we brought cash.)but even then she was just snippy... Our bed was dipped out in one spot and worn out, water faucet in the tub stuck out from the wall, door handle on bathroom wouldn't lock, no shampoo during our visit, room smelled a little from previous guests

It was clean. It was very for Friday July 3. The room was very spacious. Breakfast served at 7am on weekends which is too late for someone who is getting back on the road the next day. I'd like to say it was over priced but every hotel in Boone is over priced. I've stayed in identical rooms all over the eastern us for half the price

The mountain view from patio Clean of room. Breakfast was good with all different varieties. Pool was nice and warm.. Stores are close by...Water temperature was awesome really hot and good Some guest was slamming doors and playing loud music was disturbing my sleep. Like sofa in lobby it need replace got few tears and it fading.
