Clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Pool was warm and clean. The room did not have a clock. Microwave was not plugged in. My room, traveling with my dog, was in a less than in a desirable area. I had ṭo pass through the dining area, with almost no clearance, ṭo let my dog outside. My room was 107. The other guests looked at us, making me feel very uncomfortable, some with disgust. The breakfast was less than mediocre, especially with the breakfast choices. Guests pay more for a weekend stay, and the breakfast should reflect that, other ṭhan chewy eggs, and grey sausage. That is what should be served on a weekday stay. The room does not have a USB port ṭ

The room met expectations for budget accommodation. Bed was comfortable. Decor is older but not worn out. TV is huge. Front desk staff were friendly, especially the overnight lady. I arrived at 1:30am after flight delays and she was bright and cheerful. Breakfast options were average. The fridge in the room was noisy when running so I turned it off. The thermostat reset automatically after a certain amount of time to 68 deg and it was freezing, I did have to get up in the night and change the heat to 72.

The property was easy to access from downtown Concord and also convenient to restaurants and meeting venues. The bed was very hard and the main hallways smelled like smoke. The entire place smelled of damp cleaning materials. I'm glad it was clean, but perhaps running the air handling a bit more strenuously would have refreshed the air.

Everything seem clean and the bed was very comfortable breakfast was ok it be cool if you were able to fry up eggs like over easy , omelets No one told us the pool would be closed that was a bummer other then that we had a great visiting NH , we look forward to coming back

The lady at the reception desk was very kind and informative! The room itself was very clean! There was a horrible odor in the room. My boyfriend and I aren't people to complain so we just dealt with it. It smelled like a dirty diaper was stuck in the heater or something.

I appreciated that the hotel offered all essential amenities, including a gym, laundry, and swimming pool for travelers. It would be fantastic to have a diverse selection of breakfast options to choose from!
