Love the all-day coffee/tea station, breakfast had a reasonable variety of carbs/protein and offered take-out styrofoam containers. Lounge felt very peaceful and luxe. Our room was large, with a nice balcony. The bathroom was well designed. The beds were comfortable and the tv was working. The AC took us a bit to figure out but the temps were very comfortable once we did. The room faced the harbor and it was a pleasant view of the pool as well. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with towels. I liked that we could also go to the Soundview hotel and use that pool, which was bigger and The screencasting from devices didn't work (but maybe my devices were the issue). The curtains were good at blocking the light but could have been a bit wider so the sun didn't peek through the edges

Everything! The staff is fantastic, the breakfast is lovely, and the hotel is just extremely comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The beds were very good and the room was large. Possibly the best shower I've ever had! Also it was my friend's birthday and they left us a bottle of local wine in the room, which we thought was a lovely touch. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the train, which is also very convenient. Can't wait to go back. Everything was perfect.

Excellent location! The hotel is easily walkable to multiple restaurants and attractions in Greenport. The pool was great and very quiet. The bar wasn't open during our stay but lots of options nearby so not really needed. The housekeeping services could have been better. Although we asked for daily housekeeping, the snacks and water were not refreshed and the rooms could have been cleaner.
