The price was excellent. The water was hot, the beds were super comfy. Breakfast is the best in class. Staff is very nice Side door left ajar overnight putting all of us at risk. Pot smoking on outdoor patio was disgusting and the smoke came thru the window left open at the top of the stairs. The properties being updated so I won’t speak about worn out surfaces. The ac unit was loud - too loud. No luggage rack! Sheets put in be so sleeper couldn’t pull sheets to chin. Get bigger sheets or shorter beds pool closed for renovations but price not modified to reflect that lost amenity

I enjoyed the breakfast and pool amenities. The hotel was also close to Niagara Falls State Park. I did not like that my credit was charged before I arrived on the property. I selected that I would pay when I arrive. Secondly, I did not like being charged for parking. Lastly, not having access to online streaming platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, or Youtube. The facility should add smart television to the renovation process.

Breakfast was goid location was good city was...not so good The literal only problem i had with my staybwas the fact that youbas a company had the AUDACITY to charge me a staying guest $30 for parking?!?!?!?!?! That is absolutely absurd do you charge your guests to use the pool when its open as well???? Speaking of it would have been nice to be informed about the closed pool BEFORE i rented this room. Everything else was ok

Breakfast was good. Lots of options. There was live omelet station which is awesome. If there were chicken items along with beef, it would be nice to have. I felt this because I dont eat beef.

Good value for money, cleanliness Drinking water seems to be a precious commodity here, with no water provided even for coffee maker!! Also, the place seems to be aging.
