Great, helpful staff. Good breakfast, nice facilities. For a handicap accessible room, it was very small. I'm in a wheelchair, and we had to move furniture for me to get around. Handicapped rooms should also have room for a wheelchair on either side of the bed, and this one only had room enough on the side that is less safe for me. The bathroom was mixed. The toilet area was good, the sink was fine, but I did think I was booking an accessible tub and it was absolutely not accessible. I ended up staying a shorter time, so I could deal with it, but it was very unclear when I booked. The staff was helpful and have put me in the kind of room I need fo

They let us go swim at another property right across the street because their pool is not working. They were very helpful. I forgot to bring my block on my phone because was not working let me use theirs. The suite was very nice ! We booked this suite through booking.com the said it had a pool it did not. Bummer, that’s why we booked it.
