Newly renovated areas (including my room) were nice. Very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Renovations and associated noise. Close to freeway and trains tracks, which brought some noise at night.

The suite was spacious It was under renovation so amenities were unavailable and the carpets, walls and interior in general was dirty due to the construction. Hopefully for the new look when it's done.
