I would prefer a refund I have been a costumer at the Palace for Years I booked a stay at the Palace and ended up in an air bnb with no heat. I was sent on a wild goose chase all the way on the other side of town to get keys that were not there. I did this around 130pm I did not get in my room until til 730pm only to discover none of the amenities that were advertised with no heat on one of the coldest nights in Atlantic City NJ finally someone knocked on the door around 11pm to move us into a room with heat and a jacuzzi wich was the reason I booked at the Palace the so call host didn't even bother to help or accommodate me just left us in a cold room when I called to complain the phone was hanged up on me. I feel I am owed a refund and when we attempted to go back to the room we were locked out and could not clean eventhough we were promised a 1pm checkout for our inconvenience we never received a confirmation number.

The pics were misleading. I had never been to Atlantic city and the area and location were totally not what I expected. We never even picked up our keys. I'm sure the apartment may have been adequate or better, but we never even saw it. The location was AWFUL! Pretty much felt like it was a bad joke. Atlantic Palace is very misnamed. My husband and I felt it was greatly misrepresented.

The location was good the place was nice and quiet but the mattress was a little too soft and also would of like fresh towels after the second day at least A better selection of pots to use for 2 adults but I would return for another stay Everything is noted in the previous question

Everything! The view was amazing! The host was very attentive also. Nothing major. There weren't any glasses in the kitchenette which wasn't a big deal. There weren't any instructions on how to operate the heater but it wasn't hard to figure out.
