I’ve stayed at other red roof inns but this one was by far the worst inn I’ve ever stayed at. Starting from when you walk in the front doors there’s a weird smell. You walk down the hallways and stairwells and the smell worsens. I was given a room that wasn’t even equipped to host guests. No comforter, no pillow cases, dirty sheets and let me not get started on the bathroom. Extremely dirty toilet, sink, bathtub and mirror! It looked as if they didn’t even bothered to clean the room after the previous guests checked out. There also wasn’t any toilet paper. I asked the receptionist for all…

The room was clean, and bed was comfy and definitely had clean sheets. They stated the rooms were remodeled. Definitely not the case. Floors looked as if they were used, shower only had 1 setting, bathroom sink had a huge Crack in it and the faucet sprayed all over the counter. Vents were extremely dirty. Bathroom door was damaged, bedside light was broken off the wall and the room door did not lock. We had to slam the door for it to catch but it took a few tries for it to work.

I didn’t like anything about that inn Everything it was very nasty the linen on the bed was dirty. The toilet was smelly and very dirty. How to purchase my own cleaner for the toilet and bathroom and linens for the bed. It was very, very terrible. Will not want to experience that no more.!

Room was poorly cleaned. Pillows had yellow stains in them. Towels provided were very worn out they hardly absorbed any water to dry you off. No tissue box in the room, when asked was told to use toilet paper. When asked for extra roll was told only one per stay.

Nothing at all The place was dirty the staff at least some of them was rude The carpet stink has stains on it in the bed the toilet to and sink was dirty and rings around it The bed lining you had to shake to make sure it wasn't nothing in it.

The location is good. The room floor is not clean. No blanket in the room. The toilet was clogged on the third day of our stay. Please discard the chair in the room if the leather is peeling off.
