We didn't get the breakfast because we wanted to get out of there as soon as we woke up. The location is horrible. It is surrounded in an industrial area. Next to a loud busy road and the smell of the industrial area was bad. There was a loud beep all night long coming from somewhere. And the parking lot is horrible to get into due to huge hills to get to the rooms. The rooms were very small and tight fitted. The bath tub was to small to even give my daughter a bath in. My daughter's wheelchair could not even fit in the room so we were up all night worried someone was going to steal it off the back of our truck.

Room was clean, spacious, warm, and inviting. Heat and hot water worked well. Bed was comfortable. There were roaches in the room. Very unsettling. After seeing roaches, it ruined my stay. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. A paperbag with juice and a muffin, really!

The location Hôtel needs TLC, garbage everywhere. Other than the beds being made. The bathroom sink was not properly cleaned. Towels had stains. You should tell people about breakfast hours . There should at least be a vending machine.

The room was clean and had everything needed. The Booking page for the hotel promised breakfast, but there was no breakfast. While functional, the room was old and needed mainenance.

For some reason, the reception said the payment from Booking didn’t go through so I had to pay again at the property. Tried contacting Booking on the app and couldn’t get through.
