The location is excellent, with convenient access to both MetLife Stadium and American Dream. The breakfast is decent and offers a good variety. A special mention to the front desk staff member from Egypt, who was exceptionally helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay On the downside, the air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy, the elevators feel outdated, and there was ongoing refurbishment work during the World Cup period, which caused some inconvenience, the fitness center was closed during our stay

It was so comfy and clean! This was my second time here! Great lovely kind staff members! The only reason I gave it a 9 out of 10 is because this time the fire alarms went off at 6am. It was so loud and we all went outside. There was no fire but apparently the fumes from the kitchen set it off. The fire department came to turn it off and we got to go back to sleep lol but overall it was great a stay as usual!!!!! I love this hotel!

Overall the place was solid it had all of the amenities you'd need. Shower head was horrible, the pool is small if you have a family don't bank on it, the amount of towels in the room isn't enough, and the bedding was very mediocre.
