The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was very polite and helpful. He told me when I checked out I would get a copy of my bill. . The gentleman that checked me out was not polite, acted like he could care less if he was there or not. When we checked out i did not get a copy of my bill and I had to search the premises for the young man.. Even though we went threw booking.com we've received a copy of our bill every time we have stayed. The room was not up to the standard that we have had in the past. I do not like the new remotes for the TV. It is hard to search the channels.

The interior design was updated and nice/inviting. There was only 1 worker when we arrived, so I waited 10-15 minutes to check in or be greeted by anyone...no sign left that anyone would be back or was out helping g a customer (which would help). Then the air conditioning in our room wasn't really working, so my husband was up basically the whole night hot laying in bed.
