The hotel was close to I-80 as we were driving through to California & back, and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, the TV worked, the shower had hot water, the shampoo etc. were sufficient. The drive through drop off & pickup space were convenient. We had two wait both visits for someone at the front desk. They insisted on seeing the ID of everyone in our party. No food on premises. The "diner" is a short order cook prepping things at a counter in the casino. The carpet was worn, the wallpaper had holes. One room had a running tub that couldn't be turned off. The entry light flickered badly & drove us nuts. Many outlets were "tired" and struggled to hold a phone charger. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed: reasonably firm mattress, pillows neither too fat and solid nor too thin and skimpy. Good lighting, for working at desk and for reading in bed. No problems with noise. Elevator worked well. Problems with the wi-fi for most of the evening. It cut out completely several times, and when it was running was quite slow, causing a number of websites to time out. This is a serious problem: while I like this hotel very much, I'll have to look for another place if I experience further wi-fi trouble.

Location and ease of access. Property’s emergency generator did not support elevators. My disabled wife and i were on the third floor, with no way to exit the building. The facility had no tools to facilitate emergency evacuation from upper levels.
