I had a foot injury and the clerk made sure that I had a room close to the front door on the first floor. The breakfast was a little light, but the biscuits and gravy were well above average. Easy access from the interstate. Clean and comfy for the short time that I was there. A lounge that provided beer would have been nice, or someplace walkable nearby.

The place was “eat off the floor” clean and the bed among the most comfortable I’ve experienced. The desk clerk was quite friendly and knew the business well. It’s an older property and it shows in subtle ways. Old shower head, toilet, faucet and sink. These, however, in no way inhibited our stay.
