Hampton Inn Norfolk

★★★★★

Wonderful location and clean, very good breakfast, nice area I absolutely don’t like it when housekeeping knocks on your door a couple of hours before checkout and asks if you’re ready to leave. When you pay $200 a night to stay somewhere they should give you the time you need to leave and not expect you to leave earlier than you’ve paid to stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was perfect. Breakfast area was very clean. Beds were comfy and easy to get in and out of. Room was very nice and clean! Great hot water. Shower head could have a longer neck but it was sufficient. Main tile floors were spotty/dirty. Some towels were dingy looking like they didn’t get completely clean.

The way our expectations was exceeded. I ask to put a note out for my Husband since it was our anniversary. When we came in the room they made two seans with towels and some candy was left for us.

Location was easy to access, breakfast was hot and good. Staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The smoke detector light was flashing and very bright when the lights were out.
