Decent location and not too much noise from other guests. Everything was fine, but from personal experience, make sure you keep all of your information! There was apparently some confusion on the part of the staff about us owing for a second night for the second room, when two rooms, for two nights, had been paid for, the day we checked in. When the question came up, the other room was contacted, even though the reservation was under my name. Therefore, after providing my reservation confirmation in the Booking app and my card receipt for payment, the question was dropped.

The room I stayed in had a fair amount of space. And it was clean and smelled all right. It was advertised that it had breakfast, and once I’ve already paid I found out it did not. I thought it was a little high priced for not having the breakfast in the morning. Also, the vending machine were out of date and did not accept tap or cards. And they only had a soda machine. They did not have any snacks..

Everything about the room being comfortable and good for sleeping was as good as it gets anywhere. This management knows where to put there efforts and resources. A little odd checking in and getting in to talk to any staff. Must use a phone in foyer to call and get door unlocked for someone to come up front. Again, the important thing is the room and reasonable cost so this is very tolerable.

Room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything was clean. The room had a microwave, coffee maker, iron and board. Check in was efficient. The biggest thing I didn't like was there was no breakfast. I used the filter for breakfast and this was in the choice. Some may not like that entry to the room is an outside door rather than an interior hallway.

The ac worked really well and it had a bathtub which was nice. Shower was decent. The bed was old and uncomfortable. They only gave us 3 flat pillows. The bathroom floor was sticky when we arrived and there were chips and a liquor shooter on the floor beside the bed despite the cleaning person coming in multiple times while we were there

Clean and comfortable with a helpful staff. Second floor room with no elevator. I'm disabled and thought I'd requested first floor but they couldn't find record of the request. Staff helped with our heavier items and we made it work.
