Good location, clean and comfortable. The young man that checked us in was his first day he said. So he wasn't as forthcoming with the standard information that we usually get. (WiFi access, breakfast times & location etc..) The lady that was training him could have been more helpful to him in our opinion.

It was very spacious. There was plenty of room to put an extra comfortable chair, especially since it is meant for at least 2 people. I was disappointed that the microwave didn’t work.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Courteous, kind and responsive to a minor issue I had checking in. The hotel needs an update; otherwise, would recommend.

Location is good for events at the Metra. The toilet was dirty when we checked in and the comforters could be replaced.
