I love how clean out room were I booked through a third party (Booking.com) on the site it say NO DOGS ALLOWED. We’ve been staying at this same hotel since 2019 and it did not feel the same seeing these gigantic dogs on and off the elevator. We got into the elevator and it reeked of cigarette smoke and dog! My daughter has bad allergy’s and she sneezed the entire night. Maybe update the sites, it’s misleading!

It was only an overnight stay in the middle of a road trip and for that purpose was totally adequate. The breakfast was simple but satisfactory. Large quiet room, easy parking and excellent location. Overall, a good value. There was very high humidity in the corridors. The actual room was fine.

Clean room, courteous staff, one of the better hotel beds I have slept in. I fell in the bathtub. The walkway going into the hotel, the bathroom floor and the tub are too slick. This reason and the waiting on our room to be ready are the only reasons why I didn’t give this place a 10.

Well when we 1st arrive the staff was very friendly and kind and knowledgeable of her job and the 3rd shift staff was very polite and helpful! The Rooms were very comfortable but the only thing there was rust in the bathtub and we notified the staff! The Rust in the tub 😕

Staff was welcoming and very friendly. Light breakfast provided was nice During our stay, there was evidently renovation work being done upstairs. My souse and I were woken up to drilling and banging at 8AM.

The room was set up nicely. The breakfast can have better options. Housekeeping should also come around more and offer fresh towels everyday instead of every other day. We ran out of towels the second day.

Near Ocean Springs for restaurants and bars. Very nice downtown. There were problems at check in with their computer system acknowledging payments. Another customer also experiencing difficulties.
