Location and staff. The room wasn't thoroughly clean, the toilet was dirty, the floors had debris on them, the shower curtain was dirty, and it needed to be changed, there was hair on the floor in the corner in the bathroom. There were water spots on the dresser from a cup where the TV sits. The bed was ok. It was hot in the room because the AC wasn't on.

It had a laundry facility on site Breakfast is basically cereal or toast. One juice option, not much of a selection. The room still had trash in it from a previous stay. We had to call to get batteries to go in the remote control to the TV because there were none in the original. Room was very small.

The fridge had spilled drink in it that wasn't cleaned . Poor breakfast options. Had a bed and no other furniture, such as a chair or dresser.

Wasn't much to it Fluctuating prices depending on what's going on in town. That's price gouging.
