The room was good except the bathroom tub & microwave but I enjoyed the room in general, I also like the breakfast and the staff was nice overall The room was good except the bathroom TUB..it had a hole 🕳️ which was cover up with some quick fix method,but the tub/shower need to be replaced with a new one.i didn't know until I getting ready to shower,so I put a towel down in the tub to stand on,but I really want to soak in the tub.also the microwave plate inside did not fix the microwave it kept acting up so I took the plate out to heat my food

I liked the transparency at check-in and the patience. I also loved the conversation. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was nice. The pool wasn’t working. I would’ve appreciated a message from the hotel. I was really looking forward to swimming alone. If you’re a parent, you know when you swim with kids it’s never a swim for you hahaha. I was looking forward to having that experience since I was traveling alone, so a heads up would’ve been nice.
