Location, historical manufacturing building made into a Hotel. Pleasant ,welcoming staff,very helpful in extending check-out 1 hour .Our stay was medical appts anticipating late day completed it was a very late day....a weekday during Christmas week,in a city with a major Christmas attraction: Bentleyville. Great location to walk to that. Good security for elevators,ice machine ,etc. Optional Eating and Drinking establishments also available in building and immediately outside, next door etc. Private parking lot across a busy street,challenging for unloading/loading. Breakfast hour 630am -930am but by 900am , cooked breakfast items depleted,had to ask if there would be additional chicken eggs and sausages. They were able accomodate. The ONLY ice machine for the 4 floors of rooms was on 3rd floor but had been emptied by 930pm Monday night and had to be re-set/restarted to slowly produce. Somone had apparently filled coolers despite signage. Had NO IDEA our rooms were windowless ....an" inner row"(?) of rooms with 1 door on each side of room to 2 different halls. This must make the h

I like the unique rooms/spaces. Breakfast and breakfast area. We had an internal room which meant no windows. The price should be lower for these rooms, it feels very cave like without a window. I like the full kitchen. We were asked/advised/told/it never was brought up that their parking lot was across the street and we ended paying for our parking. We had parked in the lot behind the building. Nothing was done even after I complained about this. I thought that was poor service.
