“It was clean. Why doesn't a hotel let their customers know in advance when the hot tub and pool are closed? Had I known I would have stayed at one of the other hotels in Duluth.....I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, unfortunately it was closed for construction. I live in the Twin Cities and visit Duluth once or twice a year and I won't be staying at the Duluth Sheridan again--I feel like I didn't get my money's worth and missed out.
