Nothing, they wouldn't let us stay there, because they said they don't allow locals to stay in their hotel in St. Cloud, MN. They had confirmed our reservation and our credit card had gone through, we are still out $6000. Don't recommend this place at all. We found a much nicer hotel near them at Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Nasty manager said the hotel doesn't give rooms to anyone from St. Cloud, MN (locals) because "we've had some trouble before" In spite of confirmation mailed to us 2 weeks before that, they never bothered telling us this odd rule. When we showed up, she refused to let us stay there. (We were having a bathroom remodel and staying in a hotel for 2 weeks.) Zero stars for this dump.

I did not eat breakfast. It was not clear on where to park. The whole area around the property was very icy, not cared for for a place of business. Even the stairs leading up to door was prob half a foot and that’s where the handicapped parking was??? I had a heavy suitcase and after checking in I asked where the elevator was..,no elevator so I would never stay there again. There was also a fingernail or toenail on the carpet. Gross. There was also an additional charge if $50 for damages if needed. The man who explained it said it depends on my bank as to when I would get back the $50. Then the woman in the morning sa
